The technological process of the SNS seed sieve separator consists in cleaning seeds from light impurities in the air stream and subsequent sorting on sieves. The first sieve has oblong holes and separates seeds by thickness, sifting out flat seeds and other impurities, such as needles, as well as heavy and fine mineral impurities (sand). A second sieve with round holes sifts out small seeds (target material) based on the width of the seed. At the end of the sieves, coarse impurities (husks, stones, pieces of cones, needles, leaves), everything that did not pass through the holes of the sieves, are blown out. The sieve separator also allows you to calibrate the seeds.
