Watering ramp for growing fields

   The external watering ramp includes a cart for transporting hoses and horizontal rails with sprayers mounted on them. The material of the cart and guides is galvanized steel/aluminum. The guides on the cart are held in a horizontal position by steel cables. The cart with the guide rails moves on rails. The length of the rails depends on the design length of the growing field. The cart is driven by an electric gearmotor.

 

   Watering of plants as well as application of fertilizers and chemical preparations is carried out through special sprayers and edge sprayers. The metering device for dosing fertilizers and chemical preparations is a special mechanism of piston type.

 

    Main characteristics:

• length: from 30 to 200 m;
• width: from 7 to 25 m;
• irrigation ramp flow rate: depending on the width of the ramp;
• working pressure from 3 to 6 bar.
   

  The installation is equipped with:

• solenoid valve;
• cocks for dividing the ramp operation into sections (sides) - left and right;
•  DOSATRON dosing system for liquid fertilizers;
• two rows of pipes with irrigation nozzles (located 50 cm from each other):

            - Row 1: nozzles for irrigation and fertilizer application;

            - Row 2: nozzles for mist irrigation;

            - additional edge nozzles for watering the edge cassettes;

• a multifunctional control unit with a controller that allows you to:

            - set the length and speed of the ramp run from 0 to 23 m/min;

            - program automatic start-up mode by time;

            - set various irrigation cycles and tasks.

 

   The set includes a universal control panel for setting various irrigation modes.
