Cassettes for growing seedlings
Special cassettes made of durable and high-quality plastic (polypropylene) are used for sowing seeds, which are the basis for growing seedlings with a closed root system.
Vertical slits and guiding ribs in the cell walls favor the natural and correct formation of the root system. Side slits increase the oxygen content in the peat clod in the cell, as well as perform the role of drainage in case of excess moisture during watering.
Work with cassettes can be easily mechanized and automated, both when feeding cassettes to the line of filling and sowing, and when pushing out seedlings from the cells before packing. The service life of the cassettes is more than 10 years.
