The scraper is designed for layer-by-layer (horizontal layers) cutting of soils, their transportation and backfilling into earthworks in layers of specified thickness.  Since the scrapers compact the dumped layers of soil with their wheels while moving along the embankment, their use reduces the need for special soil compacting machines. The scraper can be coupled with MTZ-1221 tractor and above, as well as with Amkodor forwarder.
